Straight Forward Design for Hinch from Allied Glass

Hinch, a new small batch Irish Whiskey distillery, has recently chosen Allied Glass to supply its’ beautiful proprietary bottle.

The brief was to create a stunning pack that would attract consumers whilst highlighting the brand’s craft credentials in a captivating way, Derek Hardy of the Hinch Distillery, says:

“As this is our first range of whiskey to be launched, it was essential that we had a strict-criteria for the look, feel and quality to ensure that the packaging was in keeping with our fledgling brand.”

A bottle with an imposing silhouette, its’ short neck and rounded shoulders being complimented by bold embossing on the front panel and within the thick base which creates the enhanced details required by the Hinch Distillery.

Nolan Kane, Business Development Manager at Allied Glass, says:

“Allied Glass are very proud to have been involved in the launch of this new Irish whiskey range, the end result being a stunningly designed and manufactured bespoke bottle which has received fantastic feedback.”

The distillery, which is located just south of Belfast in the grounds of the Killaney Estate, takes its name from the nearby town of Ballynahinch, which translates to ‘town of the island’.

The distillery’s whiskey range including: Hinch Small Batch, 5 Year-Old Double Wood, 10 Year Old Sherry Cask, and a Pot Still and Peated Single Malt, which will be available later in the year.
