The New Holly’s Gin Bottle

Holly’s Gin is a small batch gin created by hand and inspired by Holly Harwood’s love of London Dry, vintage gin bottles and her home of Cornwall.

Throughout the design and decoration process, Holly worked closely with Allied Glass to craft the Art Deco inspired bottle, which has a truly antique feel with the frosted green and luxurious gold print creating an evocative sense of style, quality and refinement, Holly says:

“I wanted to create the recipe myself from scratch, making sure it was a gin I would want to drink over again. Holly’s Gin is therefore the result of a lot of hours spent playing with flavours and coming up with design ideas on scrap pieces of paper at 3am. However, I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!”

The shell logo, which is printed on the front panel of the premium range Brunel bottle, was inspired by Holly’s love of Cornish beaches and the intricate gold leaf design imaginatively includes some of the spirits key botanicals.

Distilled in 300 litre copper pot Stills called Doris and Rose, Holly created the recipe for the fresh and vibrant gin using 9 botanicals in total, the three key ones being orange, Gentian root and Passion Flower, Holly says:

“The gin is exceptional and I was determined that its’ quality should be reflected by the bottle design.”

She continues:

“Therefore, I am thrilled that the bottle looks so fantastic. I have come a long way since I started my dream of Holly’s Gin almost eight years ago. It has been an incredible journey so far and so I am really looking forward to the year ahead with my own gin in its’ own beautiful bottle.”
